Beverage store on the third floor

This morning's advanced mathematics class (retake class), a male student sitting next to me suddenly struck up a conversation.

"Are you from the dormitory across from mine?"

I didn't realize (I have prosopagnosia), and he continued.

"I'm from 106."

"Oh, is it Building 2?"

"Yeah."

"So, are you a junior?"

"Yeah."

"Is advanced mathematics really that difficult?"

"Mainly because I was busy with entrepreneurship in my sophomore year, neglected my studies, failed the advanced mathematics retake. My girlfriend is preparing for the postgraduate entrance exam, so I have to study hard to accompany her in preparing for the exam."

"..."

And like that, he told me a bit about his entrepreneurial experience.

In his sophomore year, he opened a beverage shop on the third floor of the school cafeteria, with a partner. He bought the equipment himself, then hired part-time workers to help him run the shop. After a year, he broke even and gave up. Later, someone contacted him specifically to ask about his experience in opening a beverage shop.

Some college students are already on the path of entrepreneurship, while others are still idling away in the dormitories...

At every stage of our lives, there are people ahead of us. Have you ever thought that things you dare not do may have already been done successfully by someone else?

However, most people are still wasting time like mudskippers, living a mediocre life.

Last year, I tried to learn some knowledge about website building. Although it was not related to my major, I was very interested and kept exploring. I created my own personal blog, file download site, image site, small online store, and more.

Later, I tried registering a WeChat official account and have been working hard to explore different styles and practices. Although it's still struggling at the moment, I enjoy it and find it meaningful, so I will persevere.

This summer, I bravely signed up for Dapeng's online course and started my journey of learning Adobe tools. Now I can do many things with Photoshop~

I also self-taught Premiere, and now I can do simple video editing and processing. My skill tree is constantly sprouting new branches.

If I were to drop out at this point, I could still find a way to support myself. I am constantly growing...

After writing so much, I still want to say that many people are ahead of you and still striving forward. Are you going to do something too?
